Order Cancellations You may cancel your order for a full refund only if it has not yet entered the manufacturing/preparation stage or been dispatched. Once dispatched, the order cannot be cancelled.

Replacements (7-Day Window) Due to the consumable nature of our food products and oils, we do not offer general returns or refunds for buyer’s remorse. However, we gladly offer replacements if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.

• You must request a replacement within 7 days of receiving your order.

• Please provide photo or video evidence of the damaged or incorrect item to our support team via WhatsApp or email.

Extraordinary Situations (Refunds) Returns or refunds are only processed under extraordinary circumstances, such as:

• The package is officially declared “Lost in Transit” by our courier partner.

• The items are severely compromised upon delivery (e.g., completely broken packaging) and a replacement is no longer desired or possible.

• In such cases, refunds will be credited to the original payment method (via Razorpay) within 5-7 business days.
